I have a droopy bottom eyelid and very dry eye due to my riht eye not closing properly so eye drops, tears, etc. pool and drip constantly, also if I hold my eye up a little it helps and my vision is better. Could Botox help that situation? Any other ideas?

Laura, it sounds like you have a serious problem with you right lower eyelid, and probably both lower lids. The problem is due to an increasing weakness of your lower lids. Botox will not help that problem. Botox will only make it worse.
I recommend surgical correction of your lower eyelids by tightening the
lid and removing extra skin and fat which adds weight to you eyelids.
This is an outpatient procedure with a 7 to 10 day recovery before you will look presentable. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation. There is a strong liklihood that your insurance will cover this type of surgery. I would be happy to see you any time for an evaluation.
