Is surgery the best option for firming the dreaded turkey neck/sagging jawline/droopy chin? Or are there other options – massage, exercise, something else? Thanks!
Dear Linda,
Unfortunately, massage, exercise or other topical treatments not address laxity of the skin of the neck. If there is excessive laxity you will need surgical intervention, however, for small improvements a nonsurgical option of Ultherapy is now available.

Usually surgery is the best and longest lasting to get rid of a sagging neck. With excess skin, it needs to be removes.
