I want to get liposuction on my thighs, hips and buttocks, abdomen and waist, upper arms, back, chest area, and my chin cheeks and neck. I would like the total cost for every procedure and healing time please.

If you are looking to have every area done that you mentioned, we will most likely have to split the treatments up into two or three sessions. Performing liposuction on all of those areas on the same day would not be favorable.
Without examining you, I cannot determine costs or healing time. When I see a patient requesting liposuction of a large number of areas, there are several decisions to make:
1/ Is the patient a candidate for liposuction, or do they need a weight loss program (or weight loss surgery) first?
2/ For each area, is liposuction going to give the results they are seeking, will the skin shrink adequately, or should they have a different procedure to address the problem.
3/ How much fat is going to be removed from each area, and how many separate surgeries are needed to maintain safety. (Risks increase based on the total area treated and the total volume of fat removed.)
So you can see that a consultation is needed to answer your questions, and that it is important to select an experienced, skilled board certified plastic surgeon to properly advise you. Please do not be like the patient who told me “I went with Dr. X, because he was cheaper than you. I knew he had lost his license for a while, but I thought ‘how difficult can liposuction be?'” Stay safe out there!
Your request is not a practical one and though you could probably find someone to do this for you, I would speculate the long term results will not be maintained. You should find a local plastic surgeon who can listen to all of your concerns and expectations and allow an exam of the areas of concern and then be given options to choose from to help you reach your goals. Realize your weight MUST be stable before you embark on any of this or it will be a waste of your time and money.
Since your request involves a large amount of sites, it would be best to consult with a surgeon in person. Liposuction sometimes involves more than just one surgery if the areas involved need a lot of attention. It might also serve you better to have another type of procedure for one of the areas, especially the chest and face.
