I had breast surgery 20 years ago. In 2011 I had capsulization and one that was leaking, dentations a lot. I saw a palstic surgeon that was a partner of the original one I had placed. The original doctor retired. I had always been happy with them but thought after years I would replace for nicer look to not “hide”.
I agreed to the surgery, now almost two years. I returned to the office with my concerns of the implants feeling and looking bad…worse than my other. I wish Id never let him do the surgery. 6500.00 later, and still paying, these are awful and the more flat one if uncomfortable. I cant wear a bra or anything scoop neck without showing the crooked, wrinkled. I have resorted to tight tanks under my clothing to help hide, but would like some guidance on something I can do . The office refused to cooperate anything with insurance or manufacturer after the surgery. I got his “record” from their office, its about one small paragraph long with the capsulization and leakage mentioned. Any suggestions? I would not let the man touch me again. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that you have had such a bad experience. The best way to assess the situation is to have you submit photos to be reviewed. If your implants are less than 10 years old and have ruptured the manufacturer will replace at no cost.

Dear Friend, I am sorry you have had a bad experience with your surgeon. Without seeing a picture or you in person, I cannot give you any advice. Would you care to send us a set of photos?
