I am 22 years old, I have very saggy breasts, Its ruining my self confidence AND self esteem, I usually do not believe in quick fads or anything of that nature, My breasts hang very low on my chest, to the point that it prevents me from bending over without them covering my face and neck, making it hard to fully bend over without gasping for air. I had a kidney transplant, during the time frame and duration, The transplant had caused me to gain a huge amount of weight I started at 230 lbs and I am now below 186 lbs. I haven’t checked yet today, I am currently on Hemo-Dialysis and I overly pay to much attention to detail. I really want good results, I just hope to find a good faithful, loyal, dedicated doctor to his practice that doesn’t try to charge an arm and a leg for a young lady who has never had a breast lift or any plastic surgeries and already has a medical permanent kidney disease. I will live a long life, I am amazingly ambitious and Strive to out do patients who are non-compliant with there diet and treatment plans that actually keep us alive for as long as god will allow us. Please do not mistake me for someone who is on hospice, I am not and far from it. Your results will go seen and your name will always be mentioned as the doctor who saved my Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem, Producing happinesss and positivity that helps aid in the loss of stress in my life. Thank you.

Alexandra, it sounds like you have made a commitment to changing your body through a breast procedure. I’m sure there are many board certified plastic surgeons in your area of Nevada who can help you. My advice is to visit several, ask to see before/after photos and be sure to check them out on RealSelf.com, Yelp and other online resources. Each surgeon should give you a complete quote at the end of your examination. Best of luck to you! Dr. Michael Newman.

There should be many doctors who can help you achieve your goals. Having a transplant is not a contraindication to having elective cosmetic procedures. As for fees, you simply will have to do your homework as to where you can find the best deal. Some egotistical doctors like to say ‘you get what you pay for’ but there are some talented doctors who do not charge ‘an arm and a leg’. So do your homework and find out what kinds of results they have and ask if you can talk to patients, even ones that may not have had the ideal outcome. And newer doctors just starting out may be more willing to work with you since they want the business and exposure as you’ve alluded to. Know what the revision policy is as well and good luck in your search.
