    Hi Sammie Jay,
Wonderful to hear there were no complications with the transplant and you are in good health!
As long as you get proper clearance from your surgeon and PCP you can proceed. Note there may be limitations due to previous surgical incisions in the abdomen.
You will want to ensure you select a skilled and well experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Feel free to contact one of my Patient Care Coordinators for more information.

Yes you can have a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) in most cases as a renal transplant patient if you are fully medically cleared for surgery; however, any transplant patients have unique higher risk of complications of wound infection, wound healing delays, etc. In addition there can be a number of further challenges in renal transplant patients depending on where the scars are or were placed from the renal surgeries which can affect blood supply and healing of the possible tummy tuck. In general it is much more complicated but in selected cases can be done.
