Fab Over Fifty

Belinda Boyles asks:
I had liposuction on my belly and thighs at age 26 and now I'm 51 and the menopausal fat gain is ending up in my pudendal area below where the 'old' fat cells used to sit. This bulge is unsightly and creates a problem with sitting and I'm unable to cross my legs at the knee because of it. Is there any remedy, short of having more surgery? I've tried losing weight but it just won't come off from this area - instead, it comes off from my upper body and my face, aging me dreadfully. Please advise, thanks!
