Sandal shy? You’re not alone. “As feet age, the skin becomes drier and more vulnerable to cracking at the heel,” according to this WebMD article. One company, Justin Blair & Company says they have just the product to heal your heels. Its NightCare Heel Treatment Kit includes special gel-lined socks and a foot cream that “instantly moisturizes skin to help heal and prevent dry, cracked areas.”
The foot cream contains vitamins A, D, E and urea, a compound used in many topical creams to hydrate and break down tough skin.
A tester for Glo Magazine reported “baby-smooth heels” after applying the cream and wearing the special socks overnight for a month.
The kit retails at $25–a bill worth footing if it actually works. So, does it? 10 FOFs will put the NightCare Heel Treatment Kit to the test. Leave a comment below for a chance to win.

Hi everyone. If I were tech-savvy and could figure out a way to send you guys a picture, I would. Not only my heels are always cracked but, even worse, the pads of my big toes and, even worse than that, the pads on my feet right under my big toes. Now, please don’t think I haven’t tried to fix this …. ’cause I have. I own numerous creams and gels and abrasives and emollients and whatever … the list goes on. I even stopped walking outside in bare feet and then found out that hardwood floors are just about as bad and this comes from the lady who attempts to do a pedicure on my feet when I can afford it. And the pads under my big toes are bad enough all the time that she doesn’t dare deal with them because the cracks are literally open and she doesn’t want to hurt me further. My heels would be the ultimate test! Chronically dry, and cracked. I have used everything from oils, to creams and lotions. Some with socks some without to assist in penetration. I have used heated foot mitts etc..

Nothing seems to work for me. I can have a pedicure one day and my feet will look like leather two days later.
I have rubbed 1/2 of a bottle of name brand foot lotions and creams on the bottom of my feet and they don’t seems to soften the skin or reduce the cracks.

Since I happily find myself in sandals over half the year, I work diligently to keep my toenails cut and polished at all times. On the back end of my feet are my heels that require just as much work to keep looking nice. I use a pumice stone as well as various lotions and creams. This could be the answer………………….I’ll let you know if I am one of the chosen few. Thanks~

I would LOVE to try this Heel Treatment Kit! I’ve tried just about everything on my feet and the results were disheartening. I have been reduced to ‘sanding’ the soles of my feet and heels with what looks like a tiny cheese grater. that just reduces the roughness, it doesn’t remove the callused, dry skin….oh to have those soft feet again…
