{Giveaway} Stratum C Menopause Skincare Set

Menopause can wreak havoc on our skin, whether we’re going through it or have passed it. When our estrogen level decreases, so does our collagen production. This can cause our skin to lose its suppleness and show more wrinkles. Stratum C, a UK-based skincare line, has developed a collection of products specifically designed to combat the effects of menopause on the skin. After working wonders for women across the pond, this beautiful range of products just launched in the US—and here’s your chance to be among the first women to try it out!

One lucky FOF will win a set of 3 Stratum C products. What’s in this menopause-friendly beauty regimen?

Stratum C Protect Cream
(50mL)

A luscious cream that includes a “special combination of peptides” to stimulate collagen production, as well as hyaluronic acid and jojoba oil to moisturize and hydrate, even into the deeper skin levels. Apricot Kernel Oil helps replenish Vitamins A and E that are lost during menopause.

Stratum C Repair Serum
(15mL)

A gel that includes a base of hydrating Irish Moss Seaweed Extract, as well as hyaluronic acid to work on problem areas, such as crow’s feet, frown lines, and the forehead. A special combination of peptides stimulates collagen production to reduce wrinkles and offers long term skin protection against the challenges of menopause.

Stratum C Gentle Cleanser
(120mL)

A day and night cleaner that includes gentle ingredients to rejuvenate and improve the skin’s tone and elasticity. Powerful Rose Hip Seed Oil gives skin the essential A, C and E vitamins.

See all the Stratum C products here!

Menopause may be a fact of life, but it doesn’t need to take the life out of your skin. Stratum C makes sure of that. 1 FOF will win.

Despite using high quality expensive skin care products and since coming off hrt therapy my skin is really suffering, it looks dull and easily breaks out, also I have rosacea, my skin used to look really plump and dewy, sadly no longer, I am saving up to buy the Stratum C skincare because I have read so many good reviews about these products.

Yes I have seen a major change in my skin over the past 10 years,. I am now going through a rough time with menopause. Not only the hot and cold sweats, but the overall complexion issues. Not only have the contours of my jawline changed, but my overall skin tone has changed as well. Not to mention my eyes, forehead, and marionette lines which seem to increase with every passing year… have tried sooo many products, but can’t seem to find one regimen that works for my aging skin. They all seem to be geared for younger skin…not us sexy over 50 women who still feel like we are in our 20’s on the inside. Please help my skin to look more vibrant and supple.

I looked into my mirror and said;”Mirror, Mirror on the wall, what has happened to the girl who was here 10 years ago.” No answer of course, but sad to see the change in my skin in the last ten years. No even skin tones, dry skin, saggy neck and of the course the “clown lines,” along the side of my mouth. I even feel like I don’t want to talk to people I have not seen for awhile. Oh well, I am so ready for products like Stratum to help me maintain a better look and yes, feel good about myself again!!

My eyelids are droopy, I have deep wrinkles and a few dark spots. The worst is the crepey skin between my cheek and jawline. No amount of moisturizer softens this unattractive tell of aging skin. I cleanse my skin gently, wear sunscreen and use a BB cream. These are helpful, but I’d like to step up the regimen with something designed for fighting these problems. Now I have bags under my eyes and on my eyelids, especially my right eye. My eye makeup on my right eyelid always bleeds into the crease because the skin above it hangs down onto the lid and smudges into the crease. So attractive. Lately I ask, “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?”
And it answers, “Sweetheart sit down, it certainly isn’t you anymore!”
Maybe your products would HELP??? HELP!!

The more I age the more I see the consequences of having used birth control pills, tanning, and ‘the mask of pregnancy’. The other area I notice changing for the worse is I am getting a ‘turkey neck’ 🙁

I have always had good skin but extremely dry. As I hit menopause the dryness is now at times huge flakes no amount of exfoliation (I have to go easy as my skin is so dry “and” sensitive) has been able to help. I use serums, moisturizers, moisturizing light BB cream, but the norm is when my face is clean I can run my hand lightly over it and it just flakes like crazy! Its almost as if you have a heavy amount of stage makeup on and decided to rub it off. Truly disgusting to feel your skin rubbing off so easily! I’ve yet to find anything that will help to keep it from doing this. As far as changes visually, I’ve developed deep lines under my eyes from allergies (and age), forehead (those “worry” lines are now so deep!) and of course “marionette” lines running down from your nose to mouth are hideously deep! Also lines around my mouth that almost make me look like I’m constantly puckering my mouth or frowning even though I’m not. Its also lost any sort of glow, skintone has become very uneven, and having very high cheekbones, I look skeletal! Blush? What apples? I don’t have them! (Lets not mention the jowls this skinny face is developing, yipes how odd is that going to look? Skeletal with jowls?) The ingredients in these products look to be very good and wholesome as well. Many are ingredients my doctor tells me to look for, but unfortunately all I find is chemical after chemical, which I not only tend to avoid for the obvious reasons but also because I do have sensitive skin that reacts badly to chemicals. Honestly it feels like since I started menopause my face has fallen with the exception of my cheekbones getting even more pronounced. I would love the chance to share my experience with the products with other FOF’s, always happy to pass on info that may help others, and would also be happy to post a review on my blog. BTW I did tweet, but for some reason it won’t paste on your form. My twitter is @PunkGlamQueen if you’d like to check.
