- They have to make it to my home. If I don’t love it and use it, we don’t carry it.
- Define your customer.
- She’s smart, accomplished, worldly, thoughtful, and opinionated.
- Do you offer any special services?
- We offer spa services at every location, including brow styling, glycolic peels, microdermabrasion and more. My favorite facial is the Fast Blast for Instant Glow. Last year we did over 100,000 treatments.
- Is there a product or service that you wish more women took advantage of?
- Glycolic peels can really rejuvenate the skin in a very short period of time.
- What beauty product should every woman over 50 own?
- A vitamin-c product, a vitamin-a product, and/or a glycolic product. In my 10 years of working with clients, it is these three ingredients that really have the best impact on making the skin look glowing and radiant. My favorites:

I think back to my favorite doll when I was little--a Harriet Hubbard Ayer with all her lovely cosmetics in their white and blue containers and gold tubes. So you can say I made my trip to hell and made a U turn. I have neurofibromatosis which causes tumors to grow on my skin As I age I get more and more.
