What a marvelous talent! Subject matter really hits home for so many of us.
Jeanne, if you can write and publish your first book at 60, so can I! Thanks for the glimpse of the possible.
There is a common theme to our comments, Jeanne! You definitely have struck a chord with the FOF readers, and I know that I cannot wait to curl up with your book. Everyone is searching for answers and I am curious to see how your characters handle this quest!! I know, personally, that I won't feel complete until I find the answer to a question that I can't even formulate! Maybe both are going to be found in your book.
As if we were sprinkled with fairy dust, women over fifty have just felt revitalization of our minds and emotions because of your example! Thank You!
I really enjoyed this interview. I'm sure I'll enjoy the book!
I do feel that Jeanne may be my Invisible Soul Sister. I have used the very words to my own daughter, that I feel invisible in her household when I go for long visits. In my own home I feel vibrant and sexy and attractive, but here, on another extended stay, I seem to have lost my own identity and personhood. I will definitely read this book, even if I'm forced to pay cash dollars for it!
This book sounds amazing! There are many times I feel invisible now; especially when I am with my 20-something daughters. I have never even begun to think of it as a gift. I am intrigued by this proposition and not sure if I can wait to see if win the book; I may have to order it now!
Remember to say to yourself every morning...
I am beautiful.
I am awesome
And....I have power!
Wow! What an inspiration you are. I'm a 45 year old registered nurse. While my career is fulfilling, I am feeling the need to put the politics behind me. You inspire me to try my hand at writing (I've always wanted to write). Thanks for your story.
I am also a writer, but want to try my hand at fiction. Felt I was too old and my stories wouldn't be relevant. Thanks for giving me the courage to go on with it! Jeanne, you are beautiful inside and out!
