I was wondering if there is a hair care product that can help prevent the scalp from getting sunburned? I am not that crazy about hats when it's hot!

John Frieda Sheer Blonde, and Samy Skyscraper contain sun protection as well. I would still wear a hat or scarf if I were going to be out for long periods of time, but my hair gets damaged from the sun pretty easily. There are many hair products that will give you protection at least in the short term.

Yes, there are sunscreen products formulated for scalps that work great. I've used them in the past, especially where my hair is parted and did not get sunburn. You can also use waterproof, oil-free sprays. Good luck - a burnt scalp is very painful!
