Living out on the east end of Long Island I have made it one of my passions to constantly explore the wineries we have, so many new ones keep popping up! So this makes it easy for me to combine my faves, a glass of wine, a book, a cheese,meat and crusty bread platter while enjoying the views of a gorgeous vineyard!

I've always weighed 125. In my 40s & now my 50s I am 35 lbs. heavier. I'm into health, nutrition and exercising. Last month I even joined a gym, met with a personal trainer who has me doing various machines & cardio. I still have not lost weight & have a muffin top that won't go away. HELP!!!!!

Why won't my body loose weight? I am PERFECT in lifestyle, eating and exercise (spinning, cardio X, wt. training, or walking one hour a day 5 x per week). I've tried EVERY plan out there. On Weight Watcher Points, and was perfect for 7 weeks and only lost 1.5 lbs. What gives?
