Hi, Im 53 and within the last 6 months mentalpause has hit me like a brick. Like suddenly everything about me changed. I gained 30lbs, my hair, my skin, no sex drive at all, moody OMG ! I am open to and hoping for any direction/ advice anyone can give. Not on HRT d/t the risks. HELP

Hi! I am 51 and I have noticed since six years ago my hair have lost its volume and it seems less dense. In my younger years I had always thick hair and had quite a lot, but now it has become very thin. Can it be JUST due to the change of hormones as the GP suggested?

I just discovered my first little spider vein on the outside of my nose! I have to admit it kinda freaked me out! I've never used concealer before but now I'm in the market. I have dry skin, wear lightweight makeup as I don't have a lot of other issues. Any suggestions?

I've always weighed 125. In my 40s & now my 50s I am 35 lbs. heavier. I'm into health, nutrition and exercising. Last month I even joined a gym, met with a personal trainer who has me doing various machines & cardio. I still have not lost weight & have a muffin top that won't go away. HELP!!!!!

Why won't my body loose weight? I am PERFECT in lifestyle, eating and exercise (spinning, cardio X, wt. training, or walking one hour a day 5 x per week). I've tried EVERY plan out there. On Weight Watcher Points, and was perfect for 7 weeks and only lost 1.5 lbs. What gives?
