[Flab Over Fifty] My Belly-Busting Journey Continues!

I’m ending Week 4 of my belly-busting routine, and I’m starting to see a difference in my body, based on how my ‘boyfriend” jeans fit.

They’ve been mighty tight in the legs and around my waist the last few months, forcing my muffin top to pooch out in all its glory. Now, I have more legroom, and my muffin top definitely looks smaller. I also no longer have to struggle to raise the zipper. They’ve fit a lot looser than they do now, but at least I’m on the way to a trimmer body.

I gobbled a few small (really small) pieces of Halloween chocolate, from the leftovers, after the building’s kids hit the bowl, but other than these digressions I’ve been eating salads, chicken (lightly coated with olive oil and Kosher salt, and roasted with fresh garlic and sage), fish, and vegetables. I’m pleased with my self control every time I successfully resist the fresh bread David brings in (non stop).

    ‘Sits below the waist’ jeans are the toughest measure for belly bulge you could have picked! How brave! Here’s hoping your program is successful.
    I’m with Christie Brinkley, however – she says her secret to looking good in jeans is wearing only jeans that sit at the waist.
