What do you do to ensure you are aging well?
To ensure I age well I had a mother who lived to 88 and a father who lived to 90. I admired most my mother’s response to aging in spite of familial diabetes and circulation problems. She believed in ignoring the number of birthdays and enjoyed the birthdays! She enjoyed her coffee and occasional sweets.
I try to follow her by walking with my neighbor, reading for enjoyment, wearing my sunscreen, and mostly by drinking lots of tea and enjoying the benefits of chocolate’s base cocoa.
I cannot imagine a better way to age well than to try CocoaVia – what could be better than cocoa as a supplement – my mom would think it an absolute hoot!!

I hope I am one of the lucky 15.
