I have tried a few self tanners over the years but found I looked orange. I have yet to try one that gave me a natural looking tan. Does the Tantasia turn anyone orange?

As I have gotten older I have taken pity on those around me and will use a self tanner on my legs just so no one asks me if Casper could have his legs back.

Never, I have heard they turn orange on the body skin, I would love to try the product Tantasia that Fab over Fifty recommends.

I have tried self-tanners in the past but have always ended up with streaks. I would love to try Tantasia and see how well it works.

I have used them not always happy with results. I would like one that smells good, is not sticky and gives a hint of color on my bare legs

I have bought self-tanners...probably almost every summer. But have only actually applied them to my skin once or twice. One of MY joys of turning 50 is the things I have relinquished...obsessing over perfect eyebrows, routine haircuts every 4 weeks, golden goddess tans....

I have yet to find a self-tanner that doesn't turn orange on me and at $36 it seems expensive to find out Tantasia does the same thing. I would try a sample to be sure.

I would love to find a self-tanner that wasn't orange-y on my legs. I love to have tan feet and legs, but wouldn't dream of tanning. Haven't found one that works the way I'd like, though.

What a wonderful idea! If something would tan you, and not turn your skin orange it would be Fantasia!!! I don't do the tanning beds or get in the sun anymore. Seems like the smell would be really nice, too!

I'm very fair and can't tan at all. After having several skin cancers removed, I don't even try to tan. I like the look of a tan and have tried many products. This one sounds like it would be one I would like.

I have used a self tanner before,my hands were a nice orange shade,and you could see the places on my legs that didn't get covered evenly. Having said that I'm a fan of Jane Iredale cosmetics,and i would love to try her product., Tantasia

I am of Irish decent and have very pale skin. I've tried other self tanners before but they always turned me oompa loompa orange! I'd like to try a product that gives a nice natural tanned look and has a clean scent.

I use Shiseido self tanner after I exfoliate at night. It gives a nice light color with subtle sparkles by the next morning. I only use it on my legs because my legs don't tan and I have bad vericose veins. Then that morning I follow with MAC self tanner because you don't have to exfoliate before you use it and it gives immediate color. I get compliments all the time with these products. People think it is a natural tan and asked how I got so tan. They don't believe me when I tell them it is self tanner. I love these products. They are all I have used for about 4 years now. I buy both of these at my Dillard's store.

I use a self-tanning moisturizer with an SPF 15. It just is enough to give a little color to my legs.

Yes, very lightly on my arms and legs at the beginning of shorts/tshirt season, and then I naturally tan easily from lots of outdoor activities.

Yes I use it mostly on my face , neck and chest, I sunburn easily and I am on medication that doesn't affect me so well when out in the sun , to have a natural bronzing glow is awesome

I have fair skin and can't stay in the sun too long without burning so I like to use a self tanner especially on my legs. So far, I haven't found one that I really like so I am anxious to try the Jane Iredale product.

I have used self-tanner in the past, but have never had very good results. I am very fair, and I usually don't see any color or have the orange streaks. I also hate the smell and having to wait so long for it to dry.

I always feel "sunnier" when my skin has some color. For health reasons I said good-bye to the tanning beds ages ago. Still wanting my "SUN" I would love to try this new product:)

I use a self tanning product so I don't feel the need for foundation. However, every product I have tried leaves at least a subtle "orangey or yellowy" tint. Would love to find one that gives a more realistic "tan."

I'm used to the ones you have to wait to dry, that get all over your clothes and/or whatever you sit on. My days of 'baking in the sun' are over - but I like a healthy glow.

I used to use it years ago when it left my legs orange and streaky, but the newer ones are better.

I really have not seen the sun in a long time, use spf regularly...so self-tanner is a necessity for me. I have had experience with so many. I love the idea that this has a a scent.

Even though I live in a sunny area of the country, I no longer tan via the sun. I do use self-tanners, and like them, but it took practice before I learned how to correctly apply them. I don't mind the smell - I use Jergen's and Banana Boat. Inexpensive and they work.

I don't use self tanner. I can barely stand to use sunscreen so i try to avoid the sun as much as possible. But living in a hot and sunny area it is almost impossible. I haven't found a lotion or suncreen that doesn't make me feel covered in goop due to hot flashes, so if anyone knows of anything that can help I would appreciate it.

Have used self tanners since they came on the market. Experimented with high end brands to drugstore brands.Some work better than other but price does NOT equal good results. I find the best product is Neutragena Micro Mist in Med & Dark as you buld color. I have yet to find one that does not produce "the self tanning odor". I would be very interested in trying Tantasia to see if there truly is no odor. The odor come from the self tanner mildly irritating the top layer of hence this is why some people react with blemishs or a slight rash. Jane Iredale are excellent and have had great success with them. Hope to give this a try.

I have what is called an "English " complexion....I don't really tan, even when I am outside for hours! I have used various self-tanners, but most smell until the tan starts to fade. I live in Florida where people think that I stay inside; but I really don't. I bask outside reading novels and jumping into the pool. I need something that will tan me but not smell or colour me like a self-tanner. Help!

I have used Jergens and it works well. I would love to try the product. Especially if it doesn't smell so strong. I have used a tanning bed in the years past until I got breast cancer. 6 years ago. Would not use a tanning bed any more. Christy smith

I've used almost every tanner ever made and they all leave me with a smell that I compare to dirty socks. If this is different I'd be thrilled as my tanning days are over!

I love the look of a light tan, but have not had great success with self tanners in the past-however I already use Jane Iredale products and know that they are first rate-I would give the self tanning route another try because of who was the manufacturer.

I am an aesthetician and know the importance of protecting and safeguarding the skin from the sun and to not use tanning beds. Throughout the summer months I want to glow with a warm tan and I use self-tanning products almost daily. This one sounds interesting because it is a bronzer and self-tanner and Jane Iredale products are so reputable. I would love to give it a test run!

To be honest I have never tried a self tanner, when I look in magazines at some women that use self tanners, they actually look orange. I have heard of Jane Iredale and her reputation, so I will definatly try her self Tanner, I would love to look tan, I think you look so healthy and beautiful, knowing you have a product produced by a woman whose reputation proceeds herself, yes, it is well worth the try, thank you for the chance.

From the recommendations for Tantasia and the reputation of Jane Iredale, this is a product I would like to try. I have not yet used self tanners because I have been skeptical of the results.

I have tried self tanner with tragic results :(. I was attending the first appointment with a new gyno and she asked me if I had vitiligo! I gave up self tanner after that experience but would love a safe tan so I'd be willing to try again.
