"While some of you look forward to celebrating 4th of July weekend, remember those who are fighting now as well as in the past, to keep us free. Those young men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces. My son Marcus is in the Navy, and even though I didn't agree with his choice, I applaud his courage and give him due honor and respect. I've watched him grow into a kind, caring and responsible human being of which I am very proud. For all of you who have husbands, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mother and fathers, aunts, uncles, cousins, grand parents, nieces and nephews, who are now serving in whatever branch of the Armed Forces...we gratefully send you all our heartfelt wishes for a safe return. For those who have lost love ones..we sincerely pray that God grants you time to heal and to find peace with your loss. The wisdom from above is that Joy cometh in the morning."
