I’m a nearly 64 year old, though I do not look my age. I have had lots of stress the last 6 or so years and want to shrink my stomach as well as do away with my lines around my mouth & maybe improve on a reconstructive plastic surgery scar of 30+ year ago. Would a mini lift work for me or would I need more work? Please give me average cost of each (stomach & face). TY in advance

Let’s address the issues you brought up in the simplest way. For me, or any plastic surgeon, to really give you a fair idea of what can be accomplished I would need to see you. A mini face/neck lift may be the best option as might a mini abdominoplasty. For either, I would need to get a look at you and make a proper determination of your options and go over them with you. Lines around the mouth can be treated in a number of ways and it would really be best for you to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon so that you can understand all the options and decide what is best for you. In general terms, mini face/neck lifts and mini-tummy tucks cost about $8000… but that is a very “rough” estimate and certainly can and does vary depending on exactly what needs to be done. Hope this helps.

I agree with Dr. Kaweski. You will need to come in for a consultation and after examining you we can come up with a plan that best serves you. You might want to take baby steps with temporary soultions such as fillers, botox, peels etc, for your face or perhaps a mini face or neck lift might be the answer. And your tummy could be cared for with liposuction or a tummy tuck, or you might need both. As far as prices it is hard to even give prices without seeing you. You are welcome to contact our office and speak with Karen to set up an appointment-858-458-5100. I look forward to meeting you.

It is hard to say without seeing at least pictures of what the reconstructive scars are like and their position as well as if you need a full tummy tuck or possibly something smaller. As to the fine lines around the mouth, it might be fillers or it might be alight laser session that could help. An in-person consultation will be required to advise you of the best options for your particular case. Prices will vary on what is done and also the time required to complete it, as well as variations form surgeon to surgeon and city to city.

Well might I start out congratulating you on what you have done so far to not “look your age”. As for the rest, the best thing for you would be to actually have an in office consultation with a plastic surgeon, such as myself. You are asking for multiple procedures and with multiple procedures, quotes over the line are nearly impossible to pinpoint. I would need to examine you to determine the perfect procedure for you. As for the lines around your mouth you might need a mini lift or you might need dermabrasion. You might need both or you might just want to start with fillers, if you aren’t already. As for the stomach, again without examining you, I would not be able to determine if you need a tummytuck, an extended tummytuck, liposuction or both a tummytuck and liposuction. So there is a broad spectrum of quotes that can be given and again I feel the best decision for you would be to seek out a board certified plastic surgeon and set up a consultation. I hope I have been helpful and I wish you all the luck on your endeavor.
