My question is regarding facial hair and laser hair removal. As an older women of color I have stubborn fine white facial hair on my face/chin area. This has been a embarassing problem for me all my life. Shaving/plucking has left me with dark, rough and scar skin. I have consulted with serveral laser hair services and was advised the laser will not help, remove or work on a dark skin person with fine light hairs.. I am desperately seeking help to have beautiful skin/complexion.. Is there a procedure that will work on my skin type. Looking in the mirror with tears in my eyes does not reflect the person who I am. Dreams Do Come True.. Thank You for your advice!
