I would recommend a waiting period of 1 year to allow the breasts to completely heal. After a year you can definately get implants. However, I would recommend you go back to the surgeon who did your reduction because he/she knows what incisions to make to preserve blood flow to the nipple. If this is not possible, get a copy of our your operative report to take to your new surgeon.

One year following breast reduction it should be possible to have a breast augmentation if the size ended up being a bit too small for your wishes. Assuming everything healed well there really would not be many reasons you could not go ahead and put an implant in to augment the volume.

Definitely this can be done at this point. By putting in an implant at this stage, you will gain more fullness in the upper part of the breast. Most likely this implant would be placed under the muscle and you would gain fullness in size without the sagging weight of regular breast tissue (which was probably the reason you got the breast reduction to begin with).
