I am 43, trying to age graceful by taking care of myself. I have dark circles under my eyes. I have tried a lot of eye creams for dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. I am at the point, where I don’t feel confident with myself. I make sure that I get enough sleep at least 8 hrs, take my make-up off every night, drink alcohol occasionally, never was a smoker and drink plenty of water to keep my skin hydrated. I know as we get older that our skin gets thinner. Also, dark circles doesn’t run in our family:( Any suggestions?

It would be wise to get a consultation from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He/She can determine if you may benefit from a lower blepharoplasty or dermal fillers. Both can lessen the appearance of dark circles.

I so wish there was a “miracle” type of product or service that would solve the problem of dark circles under they eyes. There have been many creams and serums that have been proposed for improvement but no one stands out in my mind as being so effective that I could recommend it to you without hesitation. Wish I had a better solution as your concern is the same as that of many, many women.
