I have heard of Botox being used to relax the pectoralis major muscle during placement of a breast implant under the muscle but it is not a standard type of practice and is definitely something each individual physician would decide upon and discuss with their patient(s).

The use of Botox in breast augmentation is not a standard practice. I am not aware of any reputable clinical studies that demonstrate a benefit to using Botox in this manner.
Botox has been mentioned as a temporary method to minimize muscle distortion with submuscular implants. I do not recommend this and would suggest a subglandular position if movement was going to cause you a lot of concern and anxiety.
There was an attempt at using Botox in the breast for what reason I cannot imagine. This is not a legitimate use of Botox and has no use in breast augmentation surgery.
