All plastic surgeons are looking for patients to do surgery on; however, if you mean surgery for free, those are harder to find. We may discount our services, but people who get surgery for nothing never appreciate what they get. Hospitals with residencies do surgery for lower costs, because the surgeons are residents in training. Plastic Surgeons with years of experience may help people out, but it is on an individual basis.
