I had my original abdominoplasty on August 2013 and my abdomen is still swollen and painful. I had to have a drain inserted using CT guide and after the drain was removed the swelling came back. I look like I could be a few months pregnant and its painful. Any thoughts?

There is no way to determine what issues you may be having without an examination. I would recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
