Faboverfifty.com attempts to be as accurate as possible with products descriptions and prices. However, Faboverfifty.com does not warrant that product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from Faboverfifty.com’s suppliers, Faboverfifty.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Faboverfifty.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Faboverfifty.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Customer Service

At Fab Over Fifty Shops we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We have selected very special items to put in our shop; many of our designers are small and take great pride in their brands. It is important to read our descriptions and sizing information to make your FOF purchase as easy as possible.
Ordering and Shipping
Payment: We use PayPal, a secure payment processor, and do not store your credit card information.
PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
- Order confirmation: When you click “submit order” your credit card will charged. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with 3 business days confirming receipt of order and anticipated shipment date.
- Back-ordered/Out of stock items: We try to have the most accurate information on our website, but due to limited stock, vendors may not always be able to fulfill orders. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified by email of the anticipated shipment date. If you wish to cancel the order, please email us at orders@faboverfifty.com. If an item is out of stock and will not be available within 30 days you will be notified by email, your order will be cancelled, and your payment refunded.
- Shipping: Most of our vendors ship in-stock orders within 5 business days. When your order has been shipped you will be sent an email confirming shipment. If the shipment is by UPS or FedEx Ground, the email confirmation will include the tracking number.
Returns/Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or is the wrong size, we are happy to arrange an exchange for you.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment credit card upon receipt of item returned minus the shipping fee. After the item is received, please allow five business days for credit issuance.
