Hi and thank you for responding. I am 49 and continue to get the sweats every 20 minutes. Doctors are telling me that I am not postmenopausal even though I’ve had an endometrial ablation 3 years I’ve been through so many tests and have been admitted thinking I am having a heart attack – been going to the doctor every 3 months and all blood work seems to come back normal – could I be in menopause?

      Hi Zeta,
There are a few possibilities here. You are probably in peri-menopause or menopause. Saliva testing through a reputable lab can help you determine that.
On your reply you also stated that you have fatigue and dizziness which could be adrenal fatigue or disregulation. Either way, it is not normal to suffer with sweating, fatigue, dizziness or other symptoms. It is common but not normal. Your body is talking to you because there is a problem that needs to be addressed. I would find an alternative doctor who is well versed in the endocrine system that can help you get to the root of the problem. All of this can and should be remedied naturally.
