We spotted this FOF out-of-towner at Lincoln Center in NYC. As it turns out, she, too, was making a day of people-watching during fall Fashion Week. Her tunic which would be a good fit at an exhibit of abstract impressionism art--surely, makes an impression. But, is her overall look a stroke of genius? Read the opinions of our FOF style experts, then tell us in the comments, below: What do you think of her look?
“Ugh! Where do I begin? I think this woman is still in her childhood--at least mentally. You might say she's playful but the end result is inappropriate and not at all attractive. However she does attract attention and perhaps that was her real purpose.”

“Interesting...This almost worked for me. I think the dress and the tights are too crazy for the shoes. The bag is very big but hey, she probably carries around most of her life in there. I know that feeling! I’d keep the necklace and ditch the earrings or vice versa. The matching nail polish is too...well...matchy matchy. The dainty watch with all this chunkiness does not work for me. Last but not least, that hair color is outdated. That’s the first thing that has to go!

: “This gal looks totally fabulous with her chic haircut, painterly dress and bold statement necklace but, the purple, plastic sunglasses confuse the eye and undermine her look. We say donate them to Barney the Dinosaur and get yourself a classy pair of Karen Walkers

“This lady has a quirky sense of style and her hair color makes a strong statement. The watercolor dress is fresh along with the circular necklace but, the metallic capri [legging] belongs with a different look. Yummy python bag but it clashes with the flirty dress. [She should] go for a solid red bag and black frame sunglasses, instead.

“Overall, I like this FOF's look but there are some tweaks I would suggest to make it better. I really like the dress—great colors and on trend with its painterly abstract print. I don't like the necklace because I don't think the color and shape work well with the dress. Perhaps it would be better to lose the necklace and just go with a bigger, more graphic earring. Although the leggings are the perfect color match for the dress, I don't like the texture. Something more matte would look better. She's gotten it just right with the shoes. Also, love her hair color and classic cut!”
