{Giveaway} 9-Day Isagenix® Cleansing System

FOF Sharlene May lost 12 pounds in nine days and 30 pounds in two months. Now, she’s giving away the tools that helped her do it–a 9-Day Isagenix® Cleansing System. Enter to win by answering this question in the comment section below: What fad diet have you tried?

After working in accounting for 30 years, Sharlene May left her job to pursue her dream of owning her own business. She started a women’s fitness club in 2003 to provide middle-aged women with a comfortable, non-intimidating environment to work out. Sharlene was also struggling with thirty pounds that she just couldn’t manage to lose. “With all the stress of having my own business, [the weight] just wasn’t budging,” she says. “I tried everything–the name brands, the fad diets. I would lose some weight, but then it would just come back when I started to eat normally.”

Sharlene’s friend, a nutritionist, recommended that she try Isagenix®–a system of nutritional cleansing and replenishing. Formulated as a full-body cleanse, the system addresses toxicity in the body. Sharlene says that our bodies will create fat to enrobe impurities to protect our vital organs. “I went on many diets, but I never addressed toxicity until then,” says Sharlene. “The typical result is very safe, very fast weight loss.”

Sharlene lost 12 pounds on her first 9 days of the program.  “I found that my energy returned, I could think more clearly, sleep better, and my day and night sweats went away!” Sharlene stayed on the program, and lost a total of 30 pounds in just eight weeks. After experiencing success, Sharlene decided that she would become a distributor. “I introduced it to my fitness club first, and then just by word of mouth,” says Sharlene. “When something works this well you want to tell people about it.”

In 2006 Sharlene sold her fitness club and started working full time as a distributor with Isagenix®, earning a six-figure income yearly. Sharlene not only sells the products, but coaches her clients through the process. “We have coaching emails and schedules,” says Sharlene. “My favorite calls are from over-50 women that tell me they have 20 pounds that won’t budge, because I know how successful they are going to be. Their results are phenomenal.”

Enter to win a 9-Day Isagenix® Cleansing System by answering this question in the comment section below: What fad diet have you tried?

In my quest to lose weight, I have tired the grapefruit diet, milkshake diet, and the dreaded cabbage soup diet to no avail. I even talked to my family doctor, who was quick to tell me that after menopause, you might as well hang it up. She told me I would never ever lose the weight. She even said, just enjoy your life way you are. The fat is not going to go anywhere. I asked her if thats the case, I might as well just stop working out, and shes said to me, ” Its better to be chunky and toned, than to be chunky and flabby”. I want to prove her wrong, so I really need something thats going to work for me. I want to be able to say to her, how you like me now after I lose the weight. By the way, i’m getting a new family doctor!

      Hi Lori,
Thank you for your comments but why would you do a 9 Day Isagenix program monthly? Many find that they achieve significant results with one 9 Day Program and then choose a maintenance plan going forward. Why maintenance? Because they are feeling so much better that they want to continue to benefit. Besides, you are eating at least one meal on 5 out of the 9 days.
Again, thank you for your comments.

I did the worst fad diet ever about 25 years ago. My room mate and I decided we needed to drop a few pounds ASAP and we found the perfect solution. Eggs. We ate eggs for breakfast, lunch and snacks and got a little variation by eating fish for dinner. Scrambled eggs, poached eggs, boiled eggs, fried eggs (no oil or butter) every kind of egg possible. We probably went through about 5 dozen eggs a week for a month or more. We lost the weight but our cholesterol levels went through the roof. Took years to resolve and almost as long before either of us could eat eggs again!

  112. justamy says:

No offense to anyone in particular, but this sounds like a bunch of bull. The only way to lose wt is to decrease your caloric intake/increase your caloric expenditure. One pound is equal to 3500 calories. So in theory, whether you want to gain wt or lose wt, one must adjust their diet and exercise above or below their basal metabolic rate, by 3500 calories.(bmr = the calories needed to just maintain you). Of course you are supposed to spread out the 3500 calories over a period of time, and not just try to starve yourself. This is why fad diets do not work- oh and remember, muscle weighs more than fat does, so even if you think you are not losing wt by exercising, it is probably because you are gaining muscle. Also, muscle is the first to go when losing wt inappropriately. This is why it seems we regain the wt back so quickly. Fat cells are always there (unless you physically remove them), sometimes they just aren’t as plump.

Tried Nutri System. Excessively costly, had to dispose of most of the food. Totally, a BAD experience.
Would love to try this product — I’m 70 now and could “dispose” of 20 to 25 pounds. I also realize that beauty is an “inside” job, but would love my “outsides” to match my “insides”.

You name it, I have tried it. Does anyone remember Dexatrim from the 70’s? Let’s see, I have done Weight Watchers twice, Nutri-System, Adkins, Jenny Craig, cabbage soup, blood type diet, etc.etc. The only time I lost weight and kept it off, for a while, was by not eating sweets, breads, nothing white, no dairy, & no alcohol and by eating only chicken, fish, veggies & fruit and exercising at least 1 hour EVERY day. OK I would like to loose weight and keep it off but be able to live a normal life with real foods and a normal amount of exercise.

Nutri-System is probably the one diet I have not tried. Like Sharlene, anything I try works for a few pounds and then the pounds come back and bring a few of their friends. I would love to try this and see if I could lose the 30+ that I have accumulated.
