As we age, our hair and nails often change appearance, and become drier, weaker and thinner. Today, we’d like to know about YOUR hair and nails, and what you do to keep them looking beautiful and healthy. The poll, below is brought to you by Vitamin Research Products (VRP).
Vitamins or supplements can help you maintain the health of your hair and nails!
On the cutting edge of nutritional supplements since 1979, Vitamin Research Products (VRP) offers Extension Hair & Nails and Healthy Hair Caps to help promote vibrant, shining hair and strong nails, both important signs of health and vitality. The formulas are enriched with biotin (vitamin H), inositol (a nutrient to help improve hair strength on a cellular level), PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), and other antioxidants, to aid hair and nail growth. They’ll also help protect against air pollutants that damage cells in your hair, which can lead to dullness and dryness.
“When women ask me for recommendations on how to help their dull, thinning hair, I tell them that volumizing hair products and treatments may temporarily improve its appearance, but a supplement of key nutrients will promote hair (and nail!) strength from within,” says FOFounder Geri Brin. “It can, however, take several months to start seeing healthier hair and nails, so it’s vital to stick with the regimen!”
All VRP products are made in the United States, formulated by a team of physicians, PhD’s and nutritionists, and tested for identity, potency, purity and contaminants.

My skin was always oily. Now it is opposite. What used to be oily patches are now dry scaly patches. Coconut oil helps a lot. The dryness can be painful more in cold weather.
