Just “moisturize the eyelid area, apply the strip, apply makeup,” and your “sagging eyelids will disappear instantly.”
We sent it to our FOF testers to try. Was this the best lid lifter they’ve laid their eyes on (and laid on their eyes)? Read on to find out.
