Good day!

Am a 44yo woman who frequently receives filler and Botox injections. I have a very high metabolism so the effects do not last last. 3 months at the most.
My surgeon has recommended Sculptra. I am in the middle of the road on my decision to go forward. What are your thoughts on the Sculptra?

Thank you for your time.

I was born naturally flat chested, a 32A. When I had children & breast-fed, I jumped to an incredible 42DD (with accompanied stretch marks). Since then I’ve gained & lost weight, most recently losing 100 pounds. I’m now 55 years old, weighing 132 lbs. with flat, droopy boobs that look terrible. I’ve always wanted a breast augmentation, but wonder if it’s worth the money at my age. Also, I’ve had severe back issues with 2 operations resulting in permanent disability. What do you think? I don’t want to be huge, just filled out, like a B or C cup. Thanks!

I have had actinic keratosis over my entire face treated with Aldara 5%. I hated all the inflammation and raised scabby areas that developed and lasted for almost 2 months. It did, however, work well. I now have more dry flaky areas developing, and a few reddened areas (basal cell CA?). I also have freckles and age spots, marionette lines, a little saggy jowls, and generalized very fine wrinkles. Everyone tells me I look way younger than my age of 64.

My question is – what non-invasive procedures would be helpful – maybe a laser type of procedure to deal with the keratosis and possible basal cell, but also something that might improve the collagen layers? I know there are lots of types of procedures that do multiple things, just not sure what would be appropriate.

I’ve had my saline implants for about 30 years & have never had a problem with them, with the exception that they are asymmetrical & have always been. I would like to have them removed completely & my natural breasts lifted… Is this a complicated procedure & do you have any idea as to the price of removal & lift?

How long does it typically take to go back to work after a breast lift?

I have barely a B-cup after breast feeding two kids. I’m dying to get implants but I’m terrified. Do people really have problems during this type of procedure? I’m 26. 5’6 and 118 pounds want a full C, basically a D. Any advice?

I am not satisfied with my breasts. Ever since I had my son and breast fed him my breast started sagging a lot. As time has gone by (5 years) they are smaller, from an E cup to a DD cup. The straps of my bra leave indents in my shoulders and it causes neck pain and headaches all the time. I like the size of my breasts, but they are sagging too much. It makes my body look horrible and makes me very uncomfortable around my husband. I want to know the difference in the price for a breast lift vs a breast reduction. I was told the reduction is cheaper.
