I started my company shortly after my 47th birthday, in response to the suggestion “Create what you desire.”

I desired meaningful work, community, compassion, integrity, self-care, and helping others. I didn’t see this in the mental health field where I was working, so I created my own oasis of healing for issues surrounding weight and food. I combined my years of meditation, with my degree in mental health, to form Mindful Life Weight Loss.

We help people to lose weight through a mindfulness-based integrative approach. We start with self-care and compassion as the foundation for everything we do. Our focus is on integrating all areas of a person’s life to achieve optimum well-being, inside and out.
