Nicole Owen, CPCC

Within the first 10 minutes of her first Co-Active Coaching course, Nicole saw the untapped potential that had been hiding inside—which found expression in working with artists and women. As an artist and performer herself, Nicole understands their need to embody creative purpose through authenticity, belief, and courage. It is her desire to help others uncover their own personal wholeness and untapped potential so they may create the life they long for. Inspired by her experience in CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program, she co-founded In The Change Room, a community to create conversation around body image and reconcile the relationship women have with their bodies.

Leah Halvorsen, CPCC, PCC

Leah is passionate about creating a vibrant and connected community in which coaches find success by blending CTI’s teachings with their own unique contributions and motivations. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of CTI’s Leadership Program and an active mentor with the Leadership Mentor Program, Leah is a fierce advocate for the ongoing nurturing of leadership learning. Leah is the Founder of What if…Life and Leadership Coaching. Her 13 years of experience working in crisis intervention helps inform her coaching specialty: Heart-Centered Discovery and Empowerment Coaching. Leah also provides unique Leadership Development experiences to youth and other organizations which focus on Compassionate and Empowered Leadership.

Jason Billows, CPCC, ACC

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and leadership consultant, Jason helps people become more effective leaders so they can have a lasting, positive impact on themselves, their relationships, their organizations, and the world. Kristen is a former Optometrist and business owner turned Co-Active Coach. After being introduced to CTI and Co-Active principles in 2011, she transformed how she lives and works, and is driven to inspire others to do the same. Kristen is passionate about transforming individuals, homes, and workplaces into their best and most vibrant versions. She revels in the similarities that people have in common and appreciates the creativity and innovation that comes from differences. She believes that the Co-Active approach is a perfect blend of this reveling, appreciation, and passion, and is the answer to bringing humanity and sanity into the world. Susan Jordon, CPCC, ACC

Sue is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of CTI’s Co-Active Leader Program. She is an entrepreneur at heart with a background in business, having co-founded a national organization and other smaller ventures. Her private coaching business specializes in leadership, small business and entrepreneurial coaching, as well as workshops to various associations and groups. As an inspired mother (her oldest son is a cancer survivor) and grandmother, Susan feels it is part of her legacy to ensure that future generations are not shackled by their own self- limiting beliefs or the ways of living dictated by society today. She especially embraces her newfound profession to not only coach but to support others in their dreams, bringing this work into everyday lives and business communities to really make a difference.

Gretchen Baker, CPCC

Gretchen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) working with women who are ready to reinvent and re-imagine their lives. A former marketing communications professional with a B.A. in Communications from Miami University (OH), her background includes 13 years developing media and marketing plans for large corporations such as Kraft, Coca-Cola, Wilson, and Reebok. After leaving the corporate world to be a stay-at-home mom, Gretchen became an active volunteer for her kids’ schools. However it was working with her own life coach that she realized her desire to make a powerful difference in the world and became a coach herself. Her life experience and expertise help form her coaching philosophy that understanding who we are, identifying what we value, and getting clarity about what we want, are the keys to realizing our full potential in life.

Ken Carlson, CPCC

Ken is a poet, coach, and an authenticity geek. Ken has a passion for CTI and to this Chicagoland Co-Active community. He is especially excited about the potential for transformation (personally and professionally) that flows from the world class coach training and the leadership program. As a graduate of CTI’s Leadership Program in 2011, Ken’s quest is to love and teach others to love by living authentically. He is on a journey of self-discovery and he is committed to helping others do the same. He believes that the only way to give and receive REAL love is to be REAL with ourselves. Ken started Authentic Development in 2008 in order to help people come alive. Since then he has coached hundreds and spoken to thousands about this journey of authenticity. He also wrote a book of poems called Come Alive.

Dana Kadue, CPCC

Dana Kadue is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and graduate of CTI’s Leadership program. Dana founded Life Flow coaching in 2011 and sits on the board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Minnesota Chapter. Cynthia is a life artist who’s passionate about the power of co-creating. As a Co-Active trained coach and Leader-in-Training, she works as “the muse of delight”, inviting others to discover their wild sense of possibility and true nature. Cynthia has been a key player in building non-profits, growing small businesses, and developing educational programming for at-risk youth. She’s been both a mentor and a leader with a playful way of encouraging people to get out on the dance floor of life. Cynthia has a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, is a certified Sustainable Landscape Designer and loves to create space for aliveness to flourish.

Irene Fehr

Irene is a fire igniter who is on a mission to awaken and connect people to their life force and inner power. She is a confidence and sexuality coach who works with savvy, progressive, high-achieving women to help them access their power, energy and purpose – from the bedroom to the boardroom. Danielle White, CPCC

Danielle White is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a graduate of CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program, and works freelance managing the production of feature film, TV commercials and scripted TV internationally since 1996. Originally from New Zealand, Danielle made New York City her home in 2000. In 2008 Danielle founded the WE LEAD – The Global Organization and Annual Conference of Graduates of the CTI Leadership Programme.
