I do not remember one day in my life that I have not been in pain. I am tired of it. I have been working out for five years and each time feels like the first time. I need to get centered
You should be tired of it, Anonymous! Suffering can become a sneaky and even lifelong habit, but is totally unnecessary. Even a seemingly noble path like working out can become a rut if you don’t keep it freshly tailored to your likes and abilities.
I’m curious…
What type of pain are you in?
What would TOTALLY centered and pain-free look like?
Are you ready to make change happen?
This sounds like a fantastic topic for a free consultation. I probably speak for several of the great coaches on this site when I invite you to make the call!
