First…you are an amazing woman, with so much to share with the world!
I get the “who am I” question often from my clients. In midlife, we often reach a crossroads when there is a major shift or two going on such as empty nest, divorce, career burnout or death of a parent or spouse. Along with that, growing “older and wiser” makes us realize that we want to live a more meaningful life and to do the things WE want to do for a change.
You were created with a specific purpose in life, and “prepacked” for your journey with a set of unique gifts, values and personality traits to use along the way. Doing some self-discovery to identify those things is the first step in discovering “who you are,” and will bring a little clarity on what you want to do in the future.
When you discover those unique traits, embrace who you are, and create a plan to let your brilliance shine!

What of you has never, ever not been present? What part is asking this question? 😀
