How often and how long do you use Asrai’s Touch?

The average person should use it two to three times a week. It generally takes 40 to 60 minutes for the belt to reach the fat-freezing range, but it’s best to wear it less than 40 minutes at first, so you avoid getting frost nip, which is like a mild sunburn that can last a few days. On the other hand, you shouldn’t take off the belt too quickly, because it won’t be effective. The kit comes with instructions on fat freezing and I’m available to offer tips to help get the results.

Once you reach your goal, you can use Asrai’s Touch as a maintenance tool. I do five treatments every six months to stay in fighting form.

By the way, how did you get the name Asrai’s Touch?

As-ray is an ancient Celtic water faery, who looks like a young woman but can be hundreds of years old.  As the story goes, a fisherman caught her in his net one day.  She touched him and the area where he was touched left the skin forever cold.

    Great if this works! I experienced the same thing….but I was able to get healthy again and lost the belly fat by simple changes, including exercise! I realized I wasn’t the same as before menopause and needed to do things differently or continue to gain weight. I lost 10 pounds and I am healthier than I was 10 years ago. You can lose the weight too!
