I never had a single warning sign.  I’d suddenly awake from a deep sleep in the middle of the night, the muscles in my right or left calf tensed up and knotted in excruciating pain. There was no telling when one of these muscle spasms would strike. After an episode, (sometimes it would last about 10 minutes), I’d often toss and turn until the morning, which would wipe me out for the rest of the day.

Nighttime leg cramps are more common as we age.

If you’re still reading, chances are you’re one of the 50 percent of American adults who get nighttime leg cramps, which are more common as we age, according to American Family Physician.  Andthese debilitating muscle spasms affect more women! An exclusive faboverfifty.com survey of 310 women in its community revealed that a whopping 98 percent of them experience leg or foot cramps!

So, what causes these pesky muscle cramps? According to the Mayo Clinic, cramps are associated with aging, diet, dehydration, too much exercise, or not enough exercise, poor blood circulation, or simply holding a position for a prolonged period. Dr. Drew Pinsky has said that “Muscle cramps can be among the side effects from certain medications that treat issues such as high blood pressure and cholesterol, asthma and osteoporosis,” But the exact cause of most leg cramps is simply unknown!

I’ve tried at-home remedies, from soaking my legs in mineral salt baths to slathering on over-the-counter pain creams and ointments, but nothing worked. I turned down my doctor’s offer to prescribe a muscle relaxer when I heard the list of potential side effects. Unhappily, waiting out the spasms was my only option, not to mention anxiously waiting for the next one to strike with not a moment’s notice!  No more!

I recently learned about a new product called Theraworx Relief. This fast-absorbing, topical foam contains a proprietary blend of safe, gentle ingredients that relieve muscle cramps quickly, and, when used every day, can actually prevent muscle cramps in the legs and feet before they start. The clinical results from multiple studies prove it! When the company asked if I’d try its formulation, I jumped at the chance.

Ever since I first applied the Theraworx Relief foam about a month ago, I haven’t had a single nighttime episode. I simply rub two generous pumps of foam onto the muscle groups where I get cramps in my thighs, feet, hamstrings and calves, wait until it absorbs, then repeat. The process takes less than a minute, isn’t sticky or oily, and leaves no residue at all. When I felt a cramp coming on during a recent vigorous exercise session, I grabbed the Theraworx Relief, and it immediately stopped the cramp.

Theraworx Relief is proven to relieve muscle cramps fast, and can prevent foot & leg cramps when used daily.

Don’t take my word alone.  Reviews on Facebook and elsewhere are phenomenal. “I’m so happy I purchased Theraworx, taking a chance, and found out that it’s an amazing solution for leg and toe cramps! It works so fast. I would never be without it by my bedside! It has actually made my life so much better to be able to suppress these painful cramps in so little time. It works almost instantly. Don’t be afraid. If you suffer from cramps BUY this product. You will not be disappointed!” wrote Dianne J. Lion.  “I use it before bed and it helps prevent cramps. When I do get them I rub some Theraworx on and it works within seconds. Better than any pill, cream or homemade cure for muscle spasms,” said Kayo.

Theraworx Relief users aren’t the only ones raving about this life-changing product. Dr. Richard Buchanan, a chiropractor, said he’s “never seen anything that works quite as well in relieving muscle spasms and cramps” during his 33 years in practice. That’s pretty impressive, considering he’s used Theraworx Relief on about 1,000 patients during the last couple of years. What’s more, Dr. Buchanan reported he “hasn’t had any cramps or spasms in my legs or my feet’” since he started using it himself.

“The word breakthrough gets tossed around easily these days, but Theraworx Relief is the real deal.  More than a game changer, it’s a life changer,” said Dr. Drew, a spokesperson for this exciting product.  “As a practicing physician, I’ve been searching for the answer to the mystery of muscle cramps for years. I hate giving people pills if I don’t have to, and now I don’t with Theraworx Relief.”

Sixty one percent of the 310 women responding to the FabOverFifty survey said they’ve never tried medications or home remedies for their leg or foot cramps, but 81 percent reported that they’re definitely interested in learning about new solutions to relieve them of their often debilitating episodes. They’ll definitely be excited to learn about Theraworx Relief!

I use Biofreeze and it works good. I bet Theraworx will do the same job.

I have used this and unfortunately, it didn’t help at all. I guess it would depend on the cause of the cramping. The only thing that works for me is quinine and I would really like to find something else but so far, nothing else has helped.

Yes theraworx actually does work. I’ve had night leg cramps for years and this is the only product that works for me. It has a permanent place on my night table.

I’m pretty skeptical that a topical foam can relieve this problem. For me, the best solution was exercise. I got a personal trainer and started going to the gym at least five times a week – and I haven’t had a single muscle spasm/leg cramp since then. It’s all about exercise and stretching.

      Hi Harmony,

Glad exercise has helped you. Sorry you’re skeptical about this product, but it does, in fact, work.
