Focus on YOU at least 15 minutes each day. Whether it involves a walk in your neighborhood, meditation, some yoga asanas (poses) or a cat nap. You are important and you need to that time to recoup and be your best.

I have been one of the Directors of Citizens Against Ruining the Environment-C.A.R.E. in Lockport IL for 16 years. I also help out at Green Festival in Chicago.
