“I left my husband 17 years ago when I was 43 because he was an alcoholic and in complete denial about it.

That is the only reason I left him. I still loved him, but I wasn’t going to watch him fall apart and ruin his and my life. He died one year ago at 63 years of age and it was a horrible death. I have been divorced for over 37 years and never ever married again. Have been engaged twice since then, but knew that marriage is not for me. I enjoy me and my kids and grandbaby. I go on dates but I don’t date. Life is good….
