Hi.
I just had breast augmentation….and I’m really unhappy with the results. I wish I had gone bigger. I had over the muscle implants..and I look small still…will they drop..with time? Or will they just settle?
I was a 32a got 300cc saline implants.. over the muscle.
Im considering breast revision..please…advice me on what I should do

From the sounds of things it is still to early to tell if you are a candidate for a breast augmentation revision. The implants will change over time and should drop and settle. The surgeon probably went with a small implant because it is over the muscle.

OK…well, lets start simple… with any surgery there definitely will be some time for things to settle and usually implants do drop a bit… gravity tends to help that issue. The most important thing to do is to be patient and speak directly with your physician to make sure that they are aware of your concerns and can give you the best advice about both your current condition as well as options going forward. Breast augmentation is not an exact science and any plastic surgeon who performs this surgery does their best to match size with not only your wishes but what your tissues will accept, the width of your chest wall and many other factors. Don’t be too quick to jump into a revision and be sure to make your concerns known. Hope this helps a bit.
