The scar I have from my neck surgery is in front, but it is not low or horizontal, as they usually are. It runs from just above my collar bone all the way up to just below my ear, running the length of my neck. They are now going back in through the front to replace the hardware that failed and is now pinching my spinal chord. This will create another cut and scar through the muscles also. Is this an area that will affect sagging and aging in a negative way from the muscles and tissue being cut into more than once?

Everyone ages differently, and it is difficult to predict what will happen specifically with your tissues and bone structure as you age. Aging and sagging may or may not happen unfavorably. It is ultimately your decision of whether or not to proceed with a procedure that may improve your quality of life.
