Unfortunately, the only thing that completely removes stretch marks is an Abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck. There are some lasers which minimize the appearance of especially red ones but removal is the only definitive answer.
Tummy tucks remove stretch marks below the belly button, nothing removes the ones above , but with a full tummy tuck they will be shifted down. Come in to talk about this and you can see what is involved. Recovery is about 2 weeks.
