I had a facelift when I was 48. Now, I am 61 and am considering another one. Are there reasons to be concerned about multiple facelifts? I don’t want to look like a clown or in a state of perpetual surprise.
It is not uncommon for some patients as they continue to age to have another facelift procedure to give them a more youthful appearance. Facelift surgery can certainly be overdone especially if combined with multiple fillers, facial implants, fat grafting or a host of secondary procedures. My goal would be to give you a very natural, younger and refreshed look. As long as patients are good health, they are usually very happy with the results from another facelift procedure.
