I am a 54 yr old African American woman. I do not have wrinkles (really I dont). What I do have are moles. I have had them checked and they are not cancerous. I was told that African American women are more prone to moles? Is this true? Also, I have hooded eyes that are so hooded I could practically touch my check with them (lol). What type of surgery can pull up my hoods? Thanks in advance.
