Misshapen and saggy breasts may not only be physically dissatisfying but can be emotionally burdensome as well. Although it is difficult to say without a personal examination, you may be a perfect candidate for a breast lift. A breast lift allows the surgeon to perk a dropping breast by removing excess skin, repositioning the nipple and supporting the breast by redraping and tightening the skin. The great thing is this procedure can leave minimal scars and can also be done as a outpatient procedure under twilight sedation. I suggest you make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon who will examine you and go over your surgical options in detail.

Dear Rhea-lee,
Sorry to hear how your breasts make you feel uncomfortable. It is possible that you would benefit from breast lift or augmentation or a combination of these procedures. Please come in for a consultation and to evaluate you options.

Without seeing a photo of you it is impossible to say what would be the best procedure for you. You need to come in and have a complimentary consultation. That way I can assess your situation and tell you if you need a lift, or an implant or something else.

Thank you for your questions. It is difficult to say which procedure or procedures will be right for you without seeing you and performing an examination. You may need a breastlift, but you may also benefit from breast augmentation. During your consultation all these options will be discussed. We look forward to meeting you soon.
