I was a smoker for too many years. As a result of this habit my lips are surounded by a zillion tiny lines – almost looks as if I have a mustache. Is there any way to erase these lines shot of surgery?

I would like to get rid of those vertical lines that run into my lips, but I don’t want to end up looking like Lisa Renner or Anglina Jolie. I just want to look like me without the lines. IS that possible or do you always get puffy lips when you do that?
