The 11 Types of FOFs: Which One Are You?

We’d like to think we’re multi-dimensional and multi-talented multitaskers, but one of our many attributes usually stands out, way above the rest. It’s the one that often defines us, even if we’d prefer not to be pigeonholed. When others think about you, what image do you suppose they conjure up?

1. The Domestic Goddess

You get a rush from the scent of Pine Sol and a 425 degree oven.

2. The Gossip Girl

You’ve got your ear to the ground and your eyes on your neighbor.

3. The Work Addict

You took a business call while making out with your husband.

4. The Perennial Mom

They left the nest in 2009, but you’re still hawking around…

5. The Good Samaritan

Habitat For Humanity, Meals On Wheels, The Humane Society:
You’re the girl who keeps on giving.

6. The Lady of Leisure

You start planning next year’s trip to Marrakech the moment you land in Barbados.

7. The Social Butterfly

There isn’t a party, dinner or event that you won’t attend (fashionably late, of course).

8. The Beauty Queen

Your clothes, creams, and cosmetics are your calling cards.

9. The Smarty Pants

You’re not a know-it-all, you just happen to know it all.

10. The Sex Bomb

You love your body and everyone damn well better like it, too.

11. The Fitness Fanatic

Rain, sleet, hail or snow, the gym is always where you’ll go.

Don’t know where I fit in, I’ve been most of these women one time or another in my life. I’ve enjoyed the trip along the way, some where more confusing then the next. When I look back I could of done a lot of things differently from being single, married, separated, divorced, single, still single

It’s hard to identify with a single category; it seems to depend on the day’s mood!

Enough of being mother, too! Geesh kids NO my life is NOT my grandkids.. I do NOT want to babysit all the time no I do not.
and the fitness geek. The more I stay fit, the better off I feel and am. To travel!

How about the Collector? Doesn’t matter if it’s dolls or doilies, dipsticks or dishes, Collectors are a little bit “mad” for their collections!

I am Smarty Pants, Work Addict (when I was still working), Beauty Queen, and Fitness Fanatic. Oh, and a Collector, of course.

I start planning next year’s trip to Marrakech the moment I land in Barbados, but I wouldn’t categorize myself as a “lady of leisure.” More accurately a lifetime learning globetrotter.

Great list. May I add: the Art Project Do it yourselfer!
Her dining room table holds a glue gun,a small box of sea shells and a tray full of Sculpey. There’s a sewing machine on the kitchen counter. A riobi power drill is plugged in next to a cast off shelf and a bag full of ceramic knobs. At dinner she asks if you need the empty shells from your clams casino. She can use them for a mirror she’s decorating. She never met a tube of puff paint she didn’t like.
