I do LOVE handbags but the most I’d spend is $150 – $200. I buy a handbag for the style and functionality not the name. This bag just screams “class.”

I especially love this Ame & Lulu lightweight tote in the popular Pantone navy color popular this season! The bag has a stylish design with “animal- friendly” leather accents!
And, most people don’t realize that some leather dyes used in purses are toxic to children and pregnant mothers! Kudos to this city tote designer that has created a fashionable, trendy bag that is eco-friendly and safe to carry!

Probably $250. If I just had a windfall and was told I had to spend it on a handbag or lose it. I really covet two bags in that price range, but am following them on eBay to eventually snag them cheaper. I won’t pay retail. Period. Paying $1000 for a bag isn’t something I’d do if I had the money to burn; would much rather spend that money on a trip or other fun thing to enjoy with my husband. Frankly, the great fakes are great and I have no problem with them. Creating $2000+ handbags for the poor to covet, when the world is imploding economically and politically and we have neither decent medical care nor education for our children, much less jobs- and then prosecuting the knock-off merchants- is evil-nuts.

That is very complex question because first you have to ask you have to look at two things: your budget and the most important is your desire the burning passion in your heart to have a certain hand bag. The most I would spend is $360.00. I believe I could find a nice sale name brand, or outlet venu bag at that price. Of course I would like to spend more, but one would be crazy to spend an entire year’s clothing allowance on a handbag. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve made implusive choices about jewelry but not about handbags. With handbags, I’m a little more level-headed.

I have spent $400.00 on a bag before in the past. I don’t feel I will in the future with the ecomomy the way it is now.
It depends on the flexability of the Bag. Will it go with my outfits? Will it be durable for a long time? How smart is the buy overall?
The Bag pictured is well worth the purchase to me. It has all the above criteria and would be a good purchase. I love it! I would be very lucky to have this, anyone would!

I am a “shoe and purse person” so it takes SAVY and a williness to LOOK around to be able to do what I do and I look good. I would love this purse! I’m a budget kind of gal so I tend to stay under $50 (shopping through sales, coupons, etc. to maximize value. I love the look of this handbag and would love it! If I had to part with my cash, I’d need to wait on sales/discounts — no matter how good it looks now.

I try to only buy a bag about every 5years or and then make them last forver. Most I have ever spent was $300 in 2004 and I still have that bag and use it regularly, even though it is getting a bit ragged. I would love to replace it with this bag!

Cost is no problem if I really like the bag . I have been known to spent $800 on a Mulberry Bag because it was just what I wanted

The most I’ve spent is $120 for a black leather handbag that was on sale. It was a very basic style that I can use for years. I like to change my handbag every 3 or 4 months so I don’t want to spend too much one one bag so I have $$$ to buy another when I want a change.

I love, love Ame and Lulu…they have very cute items at very reasonable prices. I probably would not go much more than $100 for a bag – but if it was something I just “had to have” I would certainly consider it.

Well, I have many bags — I’m not a shoe addict, I’m a purse junkie — but I can’t justify buying high-priced stuff just to flash a “name.” $100 is my threshold — you can get nice quality in the $50-$100 range, just like this pretty and practical purse!
