Go to a custom fitting with a bra specialist. Most nice department stores have a bra fitting specialist that comes in 3-4 times a year and it’s well worth the time and money to visit one.

I second this. I was fitted at Nordstrom’s recently and learned I had been wearing the wrong size for 45 years!
I feel better now, more comfortable, I look much better and people have noticed…of course only the really curious mention it( my sister)

Oh Boy, Geri, that is a loaded question! Most likely, no one bra is going to meet all of your needs. Most of us have several different bras in our arsenal…a sports bra, a T-shirt bra, a sexy lacy bra, a padded, a pushup, a demi, a plunging, a strapless, an adhesive bra…let’s not even get into colors!! On top of that, a lot depends on your level of activity, your age, your need for support (augmented or natural), what you will be wearing the bra with (because many of today’s styles are strapless and/or backless) and most importantly being fitted with the correct SIZE! My best advice would be to go to a store location known for professional bra fitting (Nordstroms comes to mind) and find out what size you truly are (you might be surprised) and try on different styles until you find what is most comfortable! There is a reason there are so many different bra manufacturers–no two women’s breasts are the same. So, unfortunately, there is no pat answer to your question, because your breasts are as individual and unique as you are!
